Wikus wip 2 by Elita-01 Wikus wip 2 by Elita-01
A makeup test for half of my Wikus Van Der Merwe arm. I will have more damage going all the way up to the shoulder. It's not perfect, I have problems blending convincingly and it's really only the blood/dirt that saved me. Oh well, I'm learning as I go and having fun doing it

I just figured that out haha! My fingers are still stained pink and I don't even want to get into the mess I left all over the bathroom...ugh..it was so hard to do it all one handed I couldn't help but make a mess

One handed!?! Fair play :omg:
Well I think lemon juice (fresh or bottled) does the trick pretty well. Or else 90 safe alcohol~ but that's a litte harsh on the skin...

Thank you! I tried the lemon juice the other day and it really worked to get the stubborn blood off, now I can finally go to work without people asking me what's wrong with my hands

So, when you get this right, are you going to do creature makeup professionally?

Oh no, I hear that line of work is extremely competitive and hard to get into. I don't have the kind of skills or education to pursue something like that professionally.
It'll be a fun hobby I do on the side and I think that's enough.
